Billy Miske, a middleweight of St. Paul, Minn., has arrived in the city. He has issued a challenge to any of the boys of his weight. Billy has been matched to meet Tommy Gibbons, brother of Mike, in a ten-round bout at Eau Claire, Wis., the bout to be held about Oct. 15. His manager, Earl Smith, is with him.
